2 cups milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder

Brown breakfast sausage over medium heat. Be sure to keep the grease on the sausage.
While browning meat, add mix milk, flour, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Whisk together until well blended and has lots of air bubbles.

Slowly add milk mix to cooked sausage, whisking constantly. Bring back to a slow boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer until gravy is desired thickness. (usually 10 min over medium heat)
