4 cups flour
4 teaspoons melted butter or crisco
2 egg yolks
3/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 egg yolks, cold water and melted butter -- work into the flour. Work in the warm water and make like noodle dough. Let stand for 15 to 1/2 hour before rolling out.
