Boil 8 medium sized sweet potatoes until tender
Remove skins and mash. When potatoes are free from lumps beat in 2 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup hot milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Beat well. Turn mixture into a battered baking dish and cover with 1/2 pound marshmallows.
