2 Packages chopped spinach. If using frozen spinach make sure that it is thawed and excess water has been removed.
Bread crumbs-- use 8-10 hamburger buns that are 1-2 days old.
1/2 cup grating cheese
12 eggs

For Roasted chicken:
1 package of spinach
5 eggs
Bread crumbs and cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown fresh green onions, garlic and chopped giblets (optional) in 2 pounds of butter. Remove garlic when brown. Cool and add to other ingredients. Add salt, pepper allspice and sage. Brown liver cut up and add.
