12 oz. cream cheese (1 1/2 large pkgs.) 2 cans (6 oz. each) chunk chicken 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp. dried chives 10 dashes soy sauce 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Cream together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add chicken, chives, soy sauce and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Form into one large or two small balls and roll in remaining chopped nuts. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with crackers.
