1 bag Tater Tots
1 pound ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag frozen vegetables (mixed looks best)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees

Brown ground beef and chopped onion in frying pan. When cooked through, add can of cream of chicken soup (may add water or milk to thin if necessary), and vegetables. Salt and Pepper to taste. Pour mixture into ungreased casserole pan. Cover top of mixture with frozen tater tots. Place in oven for 30 minutes, or until tots are golden brown

You may use any kind of vegetable you like, but mixed looks nice because of the extra color. You may also add cheese over the tots if you like.
