Cake:
1 pkg. Duncan Hines golden butter cake mix
1 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water

Streusel Topping:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Optional: 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9 x 13" cake pan with non-stick spray. Blend cake ingredients in order given and beat for about 2 minutes until well blended. Mix together streusel ingredients and set aside. Pour 1/3 of cake batter into the pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle the batter with 1/2 of the sugar mixture. Pour remaining batter over the sugar layer. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Bake for 32-40 minutes.
