1 cup vinegar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. alt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 large head cabbage, shredded (or 2 pre-packaged bags of cut angel-style cabbage)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vinegar, oil, salt, mustard, sugar and mustard seed. Pour over shredded cabbage. Chill. This slaw will keep in the refrigerator for a long time.
