1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 egg whites
1 lb. pecan halves
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Place butter in an ungreased 9 x 13" pan and place in oven to melt. Mix together egg whites and sugar, fold in pecans and coat completely. Combine the pecan mixture with the butter in the pan and bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
