Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 slabs of pork baby back ribs (vacuum-packs from Sam's work well)
4 Tbsp. of your favorite pork rub (McCormick's Grill Mate Pork Rub)
1 Bottle Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse ribs, pat dry, cut slabs in half and coat with pork rub. Place in a big zip-loc bag or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (you can leave them for up to a day).
About 4 hours before serving, heat grill to medium high and put rubs on the grill. Grill for about 20 minutes (10 minutes or so on each side), just to brown and remove fat.
Remove from grill and wrap ribs in foil and put in a big roaster (I use Grandma's old blue turkey roaster). If your roaster is pretty airtight, then you don't need to wrap them in foil -- it just helps to keep the moisture in.
Place in oven and roast at 325º for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Open the roaster and cover the ribs with the Sweet Baby Ray's. Close it back up and cook for an additional 1 hour.
Serve with additional sauce on the table.

Personal Notes:
This is pretty much of a "no-fail" recipe and they always fall off the bone. Also, if dinner's delayed - it doesn't matter if they cook a little longer. We've tried various rubs and sauces, but these two are our current favorites.
