1 C. Powdered Sugar
3/4 tsp.salt
3 C. Flour
3/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 C. butter
1 -1/2 eggs with 3 Tbs.milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, powdered sugar, salt,and baking powder together
Work butter into above mixture [can use food processor for this]
Then add egg/milk mixture to form a soft ball
May chill for a few minutes
Dough must be soft and roll between waxed paper

Fit into a 13x 9 " pan.
Keep some dough on the side to make a lattice top

This dough is good for Easter Pie or Mrs. Spranza Cake
