2 egg yolks
3 Tbs.. Water
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 C. flour
1 Tabs Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place above ingredients in Food Processor and pulse a few minutes to form a soft ball

Knead for a few minutes on a floured board. Dough should not be sticky

Cut into a few pieces, dust with flour and roll through Pasta Maker, getting to the thinnest setting
Then pick shape of pasta you want and roll again through the "cutter" attachment

Dry on the bed by laying the noodles on a bed sheet for about 30 minutes or longer

Boil in salted water for only a few minutes[ till noodles float to the top of water]
