6 C Flour
1/2 Tsp. salt

4 eggs slightly beaten
1 Tabs. Oil
1/2 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Add liquid mixture to flour mixture in Food Processor and pulse for a few times until mixture forms a soft ball

Knead a few times on floured board . Then let it rest about 10 minutes

Divide dough into about 6-7 pieces, dust with flour and put through pasta maker

Roll dough thin, in shape desired for Lasagna, Ravioli, or fettuccine shapes

Boil in salted water for only a few minutes
Pasta will rise in pan , that's when it is ready to be drained

Let rolled dough "dry" on bed sheet for an hour or so before boiling in salted water
