Mix these ingredients together
2 -1/4 C. Flour
3/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 -1/2 C. regular or 2 minute Oatmeal [ not instant]
Chocolate Shots or Colored Sprinkles

Beat together in electric mixer: 1 1/2 C very soft butter
3 tsp. vanilla
1- 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar

Bake these cookies 25- 30 minutes, until very light brown @ 325 degrees

Add flour mixture to beaten butter mixture

Chill dough for about 10 minutes then
Divide into 3 or 4 logs [rolls]
Place on waxed paper individually and roll in Chocolate Shots or Colored Sprinkles
Refrigerate for several hours or up to 2 days

Cut when ready to bake into 1/4 " slices.
Place several inches apart on cookie sheet lined with parchments paper
Let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before attempting to place on cake cooler
