1 loaf of white sandwich bread
1 medium onion, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 cans crab
2 cans shrimp
1 cup celery, chopped
2 cup mayonnaise
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crust from bread, butter each slice and cube. Chop the onions and eggs. Place the bread cubes, onions, and eggs in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Add crab, shrimp, chopped celery, mayonnaise, and pepper. Mix well again refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.

This recipe can easily be cut in half for smaller crowd. Prep is easy but does require planning ahead as the overnight refrigeration blends the ingredients. Very tasty!
