4 c. raw peanuts
2 c. sugar
1 c. water

Optional:
2 tsp. cinnamon or 2 tbsp. cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and sugar to boil in a heavy saucepan or heavy skillet (like a pressure cooker). Stir in cocoa powder or cinnamon. Add peanuts and stir until all water is absorbed (about 20 minutes). Stir constantly at the end. Spread peanuts on a cookie sheet to dry out completely. (You may put them in a very low oven to dry, if necessary.)
