1/2 pound bologna
3/4 pound cubed cheese, preferably Velveeta
2 to 4 Tbsp yellow mustard
1/3 cup mayo or miracle whip, or more
1 to 2 Tbsp minced onion
2 to 3 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
3 to 6 hard boiled eggs, shelled and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
The easiest way is to run the bologna thru a meat grinder and then run it thru again with the cheese and onion. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Spread on bread for sandwiches and top with lettuce or lettuce and tomatoes.
