1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
2 or 3 potatoes, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion. Layer hamburger and potatoes, pour cream of mushroom soup all over top. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350.
