1 onion chopped
1 c. celery chopped
2 cups cooked or canned chicken shredded
2 cans "Rotel" tomatoes with chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheese.
7-10 tortillas torn into strips.

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium skillet saute the chicken, celery and onions. In a seperate bowl combine tomatoes and soup to make a sauce. Add chicken mixture. Layer the chicken mixture, cheese and tortillas in a 9x13 pan or crock pot. Should make about four layers. Cook on 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly or in crock pot for one hour on high or until bubbly.
