2 Six Oz. filet of Salmon (preferably skinned)
1/2 cup real Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Low salt Soy or Tamari Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the Maple Syrup and Soy or Tamari Sauce. Add the salmon and marinate as long as you can. I start the marinating in the morning if I can. Turn the salmon occasionally.
Grill over medium heat for about 3 1/2 minutes each side. Do not overcook!

Taste the marinade before you put on the salmon. If it is too sweet or salty, add either more syrup or soy sauce. Trust me, this is delicious.
