1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
5 cups sliced cooked, peeled potatoes
1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Add the salt, cheddar, parmesan cheese; stir until cheese is melted. Add potatoes; stir gently to mix. Place in greased 2qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs on top. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
