2 lbs cream cheese, room temperature
cup heavy cream
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Crust: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter- soft
cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven 300. Use a spring metal cake pan and pat with crumbs
Beat cream cheese, cream eggs, sugar and vanilla with elec mixer on a
Slow speed until blended. Increase to high speed and beat till smooth
Pour into pan and shake gently to level mixture.
Bake 1 hr (check after 50 min.) let cool 2 hrs.
