1 cup cut up apricots (soak in warm water for a few minutes)

Separate 3 egg yolks from the whites, set aside whites for later use.
Mix well 3 egg yolks and c sugar

Add 4 tb cake meal
Dash salt
1 tsp potato starch
1 tsp lemon juice
cup walnuts

Mix well and then add apricots

Add 3 beaten egg whites. Bake 45 minutes. Cut while warm, but cool in pan. Use a 9 square pan 350 oven
