1/2 cup ketchup
1/8 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 bone in chicken pieces (1 1/2lb.) with skin

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except chicken. Reserve 1/8 cup of sauce; set aside. Add chicken to remaining sauce in the bowl, turning to coat. Arrange coated chicken in a roasting pan or on the grill. Cook (covered if grilling) for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through, basting with remaining sauce after 20 minutes.
