1 onion chopped
2 tbs oil
2 tbs vinegar
2 tb brown sugar
4 tbs lemon juice
1 cup ketchup
3 tb Worcestershire sauce
tsp mustard
cup water
1/2 cup chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown onion in oil and add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes.
Makes 2 cups sauce
