Spinach Salad Recipe

1 pkg spinach (6-10) oz
2 granny smith apples chopped
1 pkg bacon
1 pkg slivered almond- bake at 350 for 10-15 min
8 oz grated fresh Parmesan cheese


1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. apple juice concentrate
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 purple onion, chopped.

Combine salad ingredients in bowl. Mix dressing together and blend in salad right before serving.
