1 Pound Butter Softened (4 sticks) (yes, I mean a whole pound—no skimping-no substitutes)
3/4 c Confectioners Sugar
4 c Flour
1 package Milk chocolate chips
1 package Heath Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients and press in 13x9 baking pan (greased/buttered). Cook at 350 until light brown about 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle top immediately with Heath bits (I use about a 1/2 package)
Cut while still warm. Enjoy!
