Fumi Chicken Salad

1 pkg Cole slaw mix
1 bunch green onion chopped
2 pkg Rami Noodle – Oriental flavor
1 pkg slivered almonds

1 cup shredded or chopped chicken ( optional – it’s great without chicken)

Dressing
1 c salad oil
1/3 c vinegar
¼ c sugar (or 1/8 c splenda)
2 t salt
1 t pepper
2 pkg Rami noodle seasoning
2 T Sesame oil

Directions:

Mix Dressing - shake to blend
crush Rami noodles to bite size pieces. Mix all dry ingredients then coat with dressing. Best if sits overnight.
