2 cups coarsely chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. vegetable oil
1 (15oz) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 15oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 15oz can pinto beans,rinsed and drained
1 28oz can whole tomatoes
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 c. picante sauce
2 T. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice

Cook onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add remaining and bring
to a boil Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer 10
minutes. Garnish with sour cream, cilantro and Monterey Jack
