Ingredients:
4 or 5 large baking potatoes
3 or 4 cloves of garlic
Fresh Chives
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Sour Cream
lb of Bacon
Milk
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Skin and slice potatoes and boil in a large pot. Slice bacon in to small pieces. Crush and slice garlic into small pieces. Cook bacon and garlic in skillet until bacon is crispy. Pat dry.

Add boiled potatoes, bacon, garlic, chives, sour cream, milk and cheese to a large bowl. Mix until potatoes are smooth. Add salt to taste.

I also add Red Pepper Flakes to give it a little kick. So if you like your food a bit more spicy, you can do that as well.
