1/2 - 3/4 cup barbecue sauce 1/4 cup honey 16 frozen meatballs 8 slices sweet onion (1/4 in. thick) 2 cups sliced cooked potatoes 8 frozen corn on the cob (Green Giant Nibblers) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Heat grill or oven. Take 4, 18x12 in. sheets of foil and spray with nonstick spray. In small bowl, combine BBQ sauce and honey. On each foil sheet, put 4 meatballs, 2 onion slices, 2 corn cobs and 1/2 cup potato. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon 2 1/2 T. sauce mixture over it. Seal and put on grill for 1 hour, flipping once.
