Ingredients:
CRUST:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup nuts

LAYER 1:
1/2 8-oz package cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 large carton low fat cool whip

LAYER 2:
1 large package instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

TOP LAYER:
1/2 carton low fat cool whip
1 large hershey bar (make curls or grate)
or sprinkle with nuts

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: Combine ingredients and press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool. (That's handy way to make a crust, but since I'm lazy or always in a hurry, I just use half of a roll of chocolate chip cookie dough. Spray the bowl with Pam, smash out the dough so it will be even and bake until done.)

LAYER 1: Combine cream cheese, sugar and cool whip. Blend until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.

LAYER 2: Whip all ingredients together until well blended. Spread over cream cheese layer.

TOP LAYER: Spread remainder cool whip over pudding layer and top with chocolate, or nuts.

Refrigerate ... overnight is best.
