Layer 1: 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup margarine (melted) 4 eggs 1 - 24 oz. can chocolate syrup 2 cups flour pinch salt
Layer 2 1/2 cup margarine (soft) 2 cups powdered sugar 1 tsp. peppermint extract 4 drops green food coloring 2 T. milk
Layer 3: 1/2 cup margarine 6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
Layer 1: Cream together sugar and margarine. Add eggs and chocolate syrup. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Put in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Layer 2: Mix all ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread over first cooled layer. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Layer 3: Melt margarine and chocolate chips together, and drizzle over second layer. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Cut when cool.
