(1) 1 cup nuts, 1 cup coconut
Spread in bottom of pan.
DO NOT STIR!

(2) Mix one german chocolate cake mix per directions on box and pour over the above.

(3) Mix 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 stick margarine or butter and one 1 lb. box of confectioner's sugar

Mix and drop by spoonfuls on top of the cake batter (just drop, don't spread).

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Don't overcook - it may be a little soft in the middle.
