3 lemons
2 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the juice of the lemons, the yoke of the eggs (save the whites for the meringue) and Eagle Brand Milk.

Pour in graham cracker pie crust.

Make meringue by beating the egg whites and slowly adding the sugar once they begin to form peaks. Add vanilla and beat until they form stiff peaks.

Bake in 350 over just until meringue begins to brown.

Yes this has raw eggs in the pie ... but we have eaten this pie for YEARS and we are still here!
