Directions:
Brown ground beef, pour off fat. Add spaghetti sauce, water and seasonings. Simmer 7 minutes. In 9x13 inch pan, layer 1/3 of the sauce, 1/2 of UNCOOKED lasagna, 1 cup of cottage cheese, and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees about 55 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I sometimes add an extra can of tomato sauce. We prefer this without the cottage cheese. If you use it, be sure to drain very well or use the dry cottage cheese.
