Topping: 1 c flour 3/4 c sugar (more if fruit is very tart) 1 tsp baking powder 1 whole egg 1/3 c melted margarine or butter Cinnamon to taste
Stir together dry ingredients (no need to sift). Drop in whole egg and stir with fork until crumbly. Place on peaches. Drizzle with melted butter or margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake about 45 minutes at 350º. Serve with whipped cream cold or warm.
