1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cream of tarter (dissolved in 4 T. milk)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Cream butter and sugar well, add beaten eggs and sour cream, vanilla and cream of tarter. Add flour and other dry ingredients mix well and chill. Roll out, and use cookie cutters to make shapes. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Cool.
