1 pkg. Pillsbury pie crust
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk

Directions:

Mix ingredients in order. Pour into crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350. Bake for another 40 - 45 minutes.
