1 cup margarine
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 cup flour
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
(2 T. sugar & 2 T. cinnamon) for coating

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in usual way. Refrigerate dough until easy to handle - at least 2 hours. Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch ball. Roll ball into sugar and cinnamon mixture to coat. Bake at 400 for 10 - 12 minutes.
