broccoli
diced chicken (OR diced ham, turkey or tuna)
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp. lemon juice
corn flake crumbs or bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cut-up broccoli until tender. Drain.
In casserole, layer broccoli and diced meat. Mix soup with mayo
and lemon juice. Spread over meat & broccoli. Sprinkle corn
flake crumbs or bread crumbs on top (if you have them). Bake
at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
