1/2 cup oleo
1 & 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup and 2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
powdered sugar

Cream oleo with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Add 1 cup flour and mix
well. Press into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 20
minutes. Beat 2 eggs until frothy. Add 1 cup brown sugar. Beat
until thick. Add nuts and coconut that have been tossed with 2
Tbsp. flour. Add vanilla and salt. Spread over baked crust.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
