8 oz chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
1/2 C minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 C butter
2 t picante sauce
8 2-inch long chile poblano strips
8 corn tortillas
1 C sour cream
1 C guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter. Add shredded chicken and picante sauce. Mix well. Salt & pepper to taste. (Be sure mixture is very moist.) Dip each tortilla in hot oil to soften. Roll approximately 2T of mixture and one 2-inch poblano strip in each tortilla. (It should be rolled up to resemble a flute.) Secure with a toothpick. Refrigerate till ready to serve. May be frozen. To serve, fry in deep fat fryer till crisp. Serve with sour cream and guacamole
