Ingredients:  
1 pkg. yeast softened in 1/4 c warm water, 1 c cottage cheese, 2 T sugar, 1 T butter, 2 tsp dill seed, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp soda, 1 unbeaten egg, 1 T minced onion, 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c flour.

Soften yeast. Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm. Add all ingredients ex. flour and mix well. Gradually mix in flour. Cover and rise to double then stir down. Form into loaf and put in pan. Let rise 1 hr.. Bake ate 350 for 40-50 min.
