Ingredients:  
6 c chicken( 2 whole chickens), 1/3 c soy sauce, 1 1/4 c onion, 1 1/2 c celery, 3/4 c gr. pepper, 1/3 c pimento(2 sm jars), 3/4 c mushrooms (2 sm cans), 3 c spaghetti broken into 2" pieces, 1 c mushroom soup, 1/2 lb velvetta cheese, 1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.

Cook chicken in water and soy sauce. Cook spagetti in chicken broth until partially done. Add celery, onion, green pepper, pimento and mushrooms. Cont. cookjng until spaghetti is tender. Stir if mixture is thick. Drain any extra liquid. Add remaining ingrediants. Bake 45 min or more at 350 dgrees in greased pan.
