1/2 pound bacon (10 - 12 slices)
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 T. flour
2 T. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup vinegar
6 cups sliced cooked potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Reserve 1/4 cup fat. Cook onion in fat, blend in flour, sugar, salt and a dash of pepper. Add vinegar and 1 cup water. Cook until thickened. Add potatoes and bacon.
