1 cup Amish Friendship Bread Starter
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 loaf pans. In a large bowl, combine the Amish bread starter with oil and eggs. Mix all dry ingredients together and add to starter mixture. Mix well. Add vanilla and mix well. Pour into prepared loaf pans. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
