1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 medium onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
1/3 cup minute rice (uncooked)
1/4 cup soy sauce
chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, celery and onions. Add remaining ingredients to casserole, except noodles. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve over chow mein noodles.
