4 lbs. pork tenderloin
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup sherry or a bottle of beer
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 can beef consume
4 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade the pork tenderloin in the teriyaki, sherry, brown sugar and garlic for at least 4 hours, or all day.

Preheat over to 425. Remove tenderloin from marinade and roast in 4 tbsp. butter for about 20-25 minutes.

Save the marinade and put in a skillet with butter. Bring to a hard boil, while mixing dijon mustard and beef consume. Keep this at a high rolling boil until mixture is reduced to a glaze.

Serve over pork.
