1 can tomato paste
3 cans water
1 chopped pepper
1 small chopped onion
2 - 3 stalks chopped celery
1 can tiny shrimp
1 - 2 bay leaves
2 cups rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pepper, onion, and celery, add tomato paste and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add shrimp and bay leaves. Simmer until thickens. Remove bay leaves and serve over rice.
